As stated before, the database is broken up into two parts: One part contains the subject's data, and the other part contains the subjects contact information.
The contact information is contained in an Excel spreadsheet that is located on the SAS server.
To get the contact list:
For Macs:

Open the folders Databases/Subject Contact DB - Contact List/Subject_Contacts
* To connect to the server remotely:
follow the steps detailed on the webpage below, then connect as usual (as above):

For PCs:
* Follow the instructions on the following web page:

* Substitute the server name they give you in those directions for the name of the CCN server: \\pci-files.sas.upenn.edu\pci-shares\ccn
* When logging into the server make sure that sas\ is in front of the username.

Once Connected:
Before getting started read the README.txt file!
Enter subject info into the appropriate fields. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE!
If the spreadsheet is downloading to your computer when you open it, please notify the administrator at: apersi@sas.upenn.edu
