As stated before, the database is broken up into two parts: One part contains the subject's data, and the other part contains the subjects contact information.
The contact information is contained in an Excel spreadsheet that is located on the SAS server.
To get the contact list:

The server address is: smb:pci-files.sas.upenn.edu/PCI-Shares/CCN
For PCs:

The server address is: smb:pci-files.sas.upenn.edu\pci-shares\ccn
When logging into the server, make sure that sas\ is in front of the username.
Open the folders Databases/Subject Contact DB - Contact List/Subject_Contacts
