Poster Printing

Psychology Department Printer

The poster printer is located on campus in the Solomon Laboratories of Experimental Psychology, room A11.

All users must complete a 20 minute tutorial before being approved to operate the printer. The printer is only for academic/professional use by approved members of the Psychology Department of the University of Pennsylvania.

Printer paper of 36“ and 42” vertical lengths are provided in matte as well as high-gloss rolls. Also, all drafts and undergrad posters should be done on matte paper.

It is recommended that you review the psychology poster site for more information about the proper use of the poster printer and accepted file formats.

Reserving the Printer for Use

Visit the poster printer website to schedule an appointment to use the printer. Your penn ID, password, e-mail, and phone number are required to register an account through which you can reserve a time to use the printer. All times are in blocks of 60 minutes and the expected time to print a single poster should not exceed this time.
